Couldn't wait anymore and harvested a portion of my radishes and a lettuce today. While I disposed the wilted lettuce in the end, I took the radishes home even though I had no idea what to do with them.
What else could I do than to pickle them?
(The raw radish actually tasted quite spicy so let's hope that the pickles will be palatable in the coming days!)
