I have to be honest and say that I am utterly disappointed by this newly opened eatery. Perhaps due to the crowds, the tables were not the cleanest, the service was lacking, and the food was not up to par. After a long wait outside the eatery, we were escorted to sit down at a table which still had crumbs, and lacks utensils. There, the waiter just asked if we wanted a hot or cold milk tea, but no menu was given to us. After a rather long wait (I would expect food to be served promptly, given that everyone would be served the same thing), some of my rice was served crunchy (not cooked thoroughly), and there was no bubbles in my milk tea (sold out).
While I have to say that the ingredients were tasty and the portion size is bigger than the other Taiwanese eatery on the next junction, I would give this place a pass.
