Korean barbecue dinner for my 24th! (≧∇≦)
I think this is the first time I'm eating higher quality Korean barbecue, so I was super excited and thankful for my maternal uncle and aunt's treat. Yay!!
To be honest, I have no idea how to grade the quality of a piece of meat, but I do love the fat-meat ratio. The egg is delicious and the "branded mushroom" did caught our eyes! The banchan (side dishes) are free flow, and helped to reduce the greasiness of the meat. I would loved to go again!!!!
Seorae Korean Barbecue has several stalls in South Korea, HK and other Asian countries. It is quite popular brand in HK, but I guess we tend to prefer the much cheaper eat-all-you-can Korean barbecue in SG, which is already authentic enough.
