Tokyo Trip - Day 6

Last day and we mostly walked around our neighbourhood for the last time before heading towards the airport. We spent almost a week here in Tokyo but we still cannot get enough of Japan. When can we come back?

Day 6:

Azabu-jūban, Tokyo Skytree, Narita Airport, Home

Azabu-jūban

There was some truck which blasted some Japanese broadcast while it circled around the neighbourhood early in the morning. Not sure what's it about though.

Last glimpse of the Tokyo Tower before we leave.

Supermarket to pick up our last minute souvenirs home.

Standing outside our neighbourhood's Afuri to wait for it to be opened for business. We simply cannot resist another serving before we leave Japan! It's really good!

Tried the summer special.

Konjac noodles and cold citrus based broth? I could eat this everyday in summer! 

So refreshing, and seemingly lower carbs than the usual meat broth and wheat noodles!

Home sweet home, even though we had fell in love with Tokyo as tourists. Anyways, check out the cardboard sculptures of Singapore's landmarks!
