Homemade gỏi cuốn (Vietnamese rice spring roll)
Trying kuaitiao ruea (boat noodles) outside of Thailand. Not worth, seriously please just save up and fly to Bangkok for the real deal (perhaps the magic is really in the pig blood??)
Malaysian/ Indonesian chicken rice. Super flavourful and pairs well with teh cino (tea and froth milk)
