Spring Blossoms

It's the first day of the spring flower festival, and I found myself strolling in alone to get some quiet alone time. The blossoms are beautiful, but the exhibition grounds was a tad bit over crowded.

Themed display sets

Lots of photographers and painters around. 

In fact, many school students were sitting around with their painting materials and stools.

Display sponsored by the Housing Authority to compare the "futuristic home" to the "yesteryear home". 

The "futuristic" vegetable growing kit is no longer a dream, especially since IKEA is going to roll out its indoor gardening kit this mid-year.

Apart from large display sets, there are smaller pieces for several themed competitions.
