Plannings

Meeting up with XX to discuss our Bangkok itinerary, but before that, some fuel for our brains to work!

Dinner was at Keisuke Ramen Four Seasons, at XX recommendations. It is named four seasons as the restaurant and the menu are divided into the four parts; each representing one season.
The sitting is quite crammed so pardon the stranger's leg in the photo. I had the "summer" ramen, which is made of spicy soup broth.I like how we can customize our orders on the order chit since I like noodles on the firmer side. A small bowl of sesame is served alongside for us to grind in as garnish.
The provision of paper apron and rubber bands for tying up of hair is a big plus for customers who are clumsy eaters (like me oops). There are a bowl of hard boiled eggs and a jar of cold beansprouts which serves as side-dishes. Yet to be honest, how many eggs can you eat in one sitting really?

Overall, it was quite a tasty meal and I was surprised by the size of the braised pork slice, which is longer than the diameter of my bowl! Yet, it was so tender that it can be chewed on just using the front teeth. Do try to visit before the dinner crowd as there was a long queue when we left the restaurant before 7pm.
