Traveled up to The Peak's Trickeye Museum with my fellow YFT girls this gloomy morning.
Nevertheless, we were so excited, partly because we have never been here before, but mostly because we had the whole museum to ourselves! \(^▽^@)ノ
So kai (^◇^;)
100+ photos later, we brought our famished selves downhill, after finding out that there is no cheap food on The Peak; even the Macs here has no value meals because its located in a tourist spot.(same as the HK airport, which is totally not worth because the food quality is the same across all branches yet the price is almost double at such "touristy spots".)
So... here we are at Sing Heung Yuen for overpriced cha chaan teng food.
咸檸七 (salted lemon 7-up), one of the "must-try"s
It doesn't make sense to give us Sprite instead of 7-up, but then the Sprite in Hong Kong has a much heavier lemon influence so the drink is super refreshing!
檸蜜脆脆 (lemon honey toast); another "must-try"s
Basically the name says it all - it's toast drenched in lemon sauce and honey. So sinful yet so delicious!
The tomato soup noodles is hit here too! Too bad I was not hungry enough to stomach a bowl.
Sing Heung Yuen is just 5 minutes uphill from Sheung Wan MTR station. It's an open air stall slotted between two small residential building and directly across the famous Kau Kee Restuarant.
