Chicken Goose Lai Fun (thick rice noodles)
This is the first time I had tried Po Kee's roasted goose, and throughout the whole meal I asked myself: "Why have I not been here earlier???"
Right, because:
#1: The price point is kinda higher than my usual lunch budget (this bowl costs HKD$51... my usual lunch budget is below HKD$40).
#2: There is almost always a queue during lunch times.
#3: They only open around lunch times and the geese sell out fast... so have to brave the crowds (table sharing is a must) \(;´□｀)/
Those points aside, I would strongly recommend this eatery because it is affordable (based on its delicious flavour and portion size), and it is easily accessible (as in to me la... just below HKU only). Also, Po Kee is listed in 2017's Michelin Guide - Bib Gourmand Restaurant, not that I care about such ratings.
