Mid Autumn

What's a mid autumn festival without paper lanterns and candle burning?

As much as I want to watch the fire dragon this year, I spent it running like a mad woman between my paternal and maternal family before meeting the girls for our own celebrations. At least I got to chillax at the end of the night!

We found ourselves at the Aberdeen Waterfront Park with many families already dotted around any open space. With almost no effort, we got our lanterns going and walked along the scenic stretch of the park and burned all the candles from solid fuel to liquid fuel. That's what the fun is about - playing with fire! (^▽^)

As for the fire dragon...

Mayhaps next year, I tell myself. It doesn't help when my cultural heritage lecturer showed us both the dragons at Tai Hang and Pokfulam (╥_╥)
