the campus is so pretty!
The sheer size of the campus is already amazing enough; throw in beautiful architectural buildings with traditional Chinese touches to finish the picture. The thought of "I want to take my wedding photos here!" flashes across my mind with every step that I took. Then again, it's one of the top schools of Singapore, located in Bukit Timah. What less can be expected?
Wanted to town at Somerset313 but my hungry stomach turned me home instead. It was already 3pm after all. I guess that's the con of schooling at Bukit Timah regions; food not easily accessible =(
Dinner time = food hunt
I had no idea where to go for dinner, so we ended up in Joo Chiat area for Vietnamese food. After a short bus ride on bus 33, we arrived at Long Phung Vietnamese Restaurant and just sat down as if we're at home. Which was a smart move, since we took the last available table and the next patrons had to wait outside for quite a long while.
Menu items brought us back to Vietnam days. Tempted to get canh chua, but it was pricey and kinda too big a serving for us. So we settled for:

Trà đá, Chả giò rế, phở tái
(Iced tea, deep fried spring roll, beef noodle)
